Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Every point is worth $0.05 toward eligible purchases, so 150 points have a value of $7.50. Points never expire. Sign in to access your live points balance and redeem available rewards through our Rivo loyalty widget.

Where can I see past orders?
Select “View My Orders” and sign in to your Shopify account. You'll see the order history tied to your customer account.
How do I sign in?
Use the email associated with your purchases. Shopify customer accounts support secure email-based sign-in.
Can I see my points balance?
Sign in, then open the Rivo rewards widget to view your current points. Your dollar value is your available points multiplied by $0.05.
Do reward points expire?
No. Tobacco Reserve Rewards points do not expire.
Can I apply points at checkout?
Redeem points through the Rivo rewards widget for eligible reward discounts, then apply the generated code at checkout. Direct in-checkout points entry requires compatible Shopify and Rivo checkout extensions and may not be available on this store.
